2022(下半期)OngOカップグランプリ - Participation Report

I am very happy that Mudia exists and supports artists of all kinds. I am glad that events such as OngOカップグランプリ are organised, which I am participating in for the first time.

As someone for whom life would be empty without music, I am even more excited about the OngOカップグランプリevent and looking forward to all the performers taking part.

The course of the second round of this OngOカップグランプリwas very interesting and exciting, as we were able to witness the confrontation of participants representing different musical genres and artistic achievements. It was also noticeable that the criteria for choosing to support a particular performer varied widely: admiration for their work, familiarity with a particular performer, following the majority of people.

Congratulations to all the performers taking part in 2022(下半期)OngOカップグランプリ for their excellent participation! It was a really exciting duel, which in this group resulted in the following outcome:

1. Romiy

Congratulations to Romiy for winning first place 🥇 in this second round. Please continue to give your best in the future 💪 .

Romiy is a twin sister born in Itoshima, Fukuoka and raised in Itoshima. She is a person who loves delicious things, beautiful things, excitement and singing. She has a wide range of interests like music, beauty, mind, gastronomy, healing. From a young age to primary school she loved singing so much that she performed in front of people.

Romiy has one desire:

"Providing a soothing, singing voice that stays close to people's hearts, gives them love and hope and makes them happy. "

I have noticed that Romiy enjoys extraordinary support here and already has a wide circle of fans whose hearts she has reached and healed with her voice 😀

2 Nami

In second place with 79330 points was the team Nami 🥈 Congratulations on an excellent result! Please continue to give it your all in the future💪 .

Nami is a very interesting young woman who decided to bring joy to people through singing after being saved by music herself many times. She belongs to Fill Entertainment. Her dream is that in the future many people will be able to listen to the songs she sings and that she will be able to create and deliver music that will help people feel closer to her. The endearing thing about Nami is that she is fully aware of her imperfections, knows what she wants and strives to achieve it. She says of herself that she still doesn't have enough singing experience, but she aspires to have a singing voice that will resonate in someone's heart. 

On her Tik-Tok account (@nami12212022) and Youtube channel (@namiyoutube7249), we can get a glimpse of herfirst original song released on 30.07.2022, '"ずっと。" Nami has a warm and gentle voice and it is really enjoyable to listen to this song. 3. Nonomiya Yuran

Third place along with 64325 points went to Nonomiya Yuran, 🥉 who is a young performer who wants to become an artist. She loves to sing and dance and wants to become a person who will bring healing to many people through music. She usually streams songs on Showroom.

4. Youhi

By the decision of the audience, fourth place with 4500 points  went to amazing duet Youhi.

Founded in 2017, YOuHl is an intriguing husband and wife duo working mainly in distribution media like a Youtube channel (@YOuHICH), but they also happen to perform live. Youhi wants to bring joy to other people through the music he creates. Youhi is a wonderful couple in which husband Hiromi-san composes the music (melody) and his wife Yukiko-san writes the lyrics. It is also a beautiful journey through life together -  it is wonderful to be able to resonate with each other through the music they create together. 

Yukiko was born in Hokkaido into a folk song family and inherited the abilityto sing. When she was in primary school she learnt to play the 'electronic organ' at the KAWAI music school and took part in a competition, but after a year and a half she gave up and realised that she preferred singing to playing (she also had a dream of singing while playing). Since October 2017, she started to represent ”M-R-Tmusic" and has been active as Youhi together with her husband Hiromi since this year. 

Hiromi was born in Shizuoka Prefecture. When he was in primary school he joined the Himawari Theatre Company. Hiromi has won prizes in piano competitions. In addition to playing the piano, he can also play the guitar. It is worth visiting their Youtube channel (@YOuHICH), where you can get a glimpse of the amazing work of these two.

5. next tight 

By the decision of the audience, five place with 100 points  went to group Next Tight. Next Tight is a formation formed in 2016 consisting offive office workers: Yaaman, POSSE D, Y2H, EAGLE and RHYSK. They are all salaried workers, so they live by strict rules during the day. Therefore, the texts contain a life-size message of 'workers'. It is worth visiting their Youtube channel (@nexttight2031), where we can check out their original songs and accompanying MVs, as well as recordings of their live performances in concert halls. Their work consists of a variety of sounds from music genres such as hip-hop; rap; electro, among others.

Everyone in this group proved to be very strong and intriguing, from which it was difficult to choose one favourite.
