11/22(火)大阪 枚方sweet music ReMEMBERS「音の鳴る場所で、」- an evening full of emotions.

I am very happy that Mudia exists and supports artists of all kinds. I am happy that there are events organised like 「音の鳴る場所で、」、in which I took part for the first time.

As someone for whom life would be empty without music, I was very excited about this event and the opportunity to meet the five amazing personalities of the performers taking part, who were a very diverse group. Being able to experience a variety of sounds further added to my enjoyment. It was an evening full of emotions and I am grateful to Mudia for the opportunity to meet the YUIYUI who is a young performer with a very powerful yet delicate voice, which she combines in beautiful harmony with simultaneous guitar playing, which is no easy but and she succeeds brilliantly. 
We could also listen to the soft timbre of Amane-san's voice, who made sure to put us in a good mood. 
We were also able to meet Seiichi Izawa, who is the vocalist, guitarist and lyricist of Mokerembe, a three-member rock band founded 
in Osaka in 2009. The band has three full-length albums, the EP 'City of Passing', four singles, including the latest web single 'Long End Roll / Stay in Lighť. It's worth visiting the band's channel (@user-xr9rw6uw9c) on Youtube to get a glimpse of the incredible sound of the songs written by Seiichi, including lyrics that cut through the everyday with unique expression. Seiichi has a very interesting timbre to his voice, which is further enhanced by the sound of his guitar, which he plays as well as he sings. He also performs solo, and as 'Izawa Seisakusho' he also cooks and writes. To give you a better idea of this young artist's work, here is one of his songs.

We also had the opportunity to meet Kyo Okuyama who is the father of the 'Okuyama Drifting Opera Company', which was born out of a small underground concert house in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and is a musical project centred around the person of Kyo Okuyama. On 13.10.2021, they released their first album 'Our life is like cartoon', which they say is a strange story, strange stories from our everyday life; the organisation of the concert changes every time, there are different sounds and different scenery. This work was made by a total of twenty people. Our ten stories (ten pieces) come together like a cartoon. This work has become a story. I recommend everyone to take a closer look at this album, because "Our life is like cartoon" is a work that touches directly, it is close to the heart of each of us.

The last performer we had the opportunity to meet this evening is Ryoken Murakami. Ryoken is a young artist born in Kyoto. He is a great vocalist, combining singing with simultaneous guitar playing in a harmoniously beautiful way. Ryoken-san, through his reverence for Roots music (folk, jazz, blues), writes and sings words to convey the message of our predecessors to people living in today's society. Ryoken-san, as he describes himself, seems to have a voice that is moderately humid but also pleasantly dry. At the same time, he plays the guitar, continuing his unique step and achieving fantastic arpeggios. He usually plays guitar and sings in Hyogo and Osaka, but has been touring outside of Kansai since May 2022 to expand. His life idea: 
'now in the flow of time' 
To the city I don't know yet 
To the city you live in that you don't know yet. 
I will call. "
