As someone for whom life would be empty without music, I'm very excited about the Otonova2023 event and I'm looking at all the performers taking part.

I have looked at the musical work of all the participants in this block and can say that it is a very diverse group. 

I am very curious to see how this battle will turn out, where we are confronted with 白石和也 where, after visiting his profile, I thought I was just being myself when I played the guitar. 白石和也 shows us that the instrument can be an extension of a person, he plays the guitar brilliantly and sings well at the same time, and combines both in a beautifully harmonious way. Visiting his Youtube channel and other forums, I found out that he has experience in street singing which deserves attention, because it takes courage to do that. 

Then we are exposed to the four-member group General Goods who create light emo songs. This group can be said to be a real band because everything is in sync. Yuta has a very warm, pleasant voice that is able to reach people's hearts with her lyrics. The other three harmonise beautifully with him. It is worth visiting their YouTube channel and at least listening to the MV Maybe. Both the song and this video for it are beautiful.

Next in this group is ハイカブリ. They are a four-piece male band with an extensive track record. After visiting their Youtube channel, you can tell that they are a real band and friends, not random people playing under one name. It is noteworthy that the vocalist ヨコタ also plays guitar, which makes this group even more interesting. It is worth visiting their Youtube channel as they have many cool MVs.

Last in this group is KOKO, who is an enthusiastic student. I was intrigued by the information in his profile that he composes and writes the lyrics himself, but at the same time saddened by the lack of any reference to social media (Youtube, Tik-Tok, etc.) A great pity.

We really have three strong contenders in this group: 白石和也 , General Goods and ハイカブリ , from which it is hard to pick a favourite. I'm very curious to see how their further fates in Otonova2023 will turn out.
