【予選1st 第13ブロックB】OTONOVA2023 - Participation Report (group of young talents)

I am very happy that Mudia exists and supports artists of all kinds. I am glad that events such as Otonova2023 are organised, which I am participating in for the first time.

As someone for whom life would be empty without music, I am even more excited about the Otonova2023 event and looking forward to all the performers taking part.

The course of the first qualification of this block 13 B was very interesting and exciting, as we were able to witness the confrontation of participants representing different musical genres and artistic achievements. It was also noticeable that the criteria for choosing to support a particular performer varied widely: admiration for their work, familiarity with a particular performer, following the majority of people.

Congratulations to all the performers taking part in Otonova2023 for their excellent participation! It was a really exciting duel, which in this group resulted in the following outcome:

1. 高尾彩佳 (Ayaka Takao)

Congratulations to Ayaka for winning first place 🥇 with 9660 points in this first qualifying group and advancing to the next stage. Please continue to give your best in the future💪 .

Ayaka Takao is a singer and songwriter. Ayaka is currently active musically, while expanding her business to bring her songs to as many people as possible at live houses in Tokyo and the regions, music festivals, shopping malls, hot springs venues and free live concerts. Ayaka also sells handmade accessories on consignment as a 'giraffe maid' and is expanding her business as a voice training instructor. To date, she has released three singles, two full albums and one mini-album. As of 2019, Ayaka hosts monthly one-woman live shows. Her Youtube channel (@user-ws6rz1lt4b) is well worth a visit for to know better her work. Ayaka has a very warm, gentle tone of voice and her songs are sure to put you in a good mood.

2. Kazari

In second place with 1272 points was the wonderful duo Kazari🥈. Congratulations on advancing to the next stage! Please continue to give it your all in the future 💪 .

Kazari is an acoustic female-male duo comprising Não, who plays Cajon drums and does the choruses, and Tatsuya, who is both vocalist and guitarist. The band sings songs mainly about scenery and is primarily active in Tokyo. On 28.11.2021, this remarkable duo released the 2nd single "Akatsuki" [暁], which includes 3 songs, 1.夏の花火は君によく似合う 2.いつか and tzrecia 季節. It's worth visiting their Tik-Tok account (@kazari2021music) and Youtube channel (@kazari8250) to check out their work. The MV for the song "夏の花火は君によく似合う" is really good. In it you can see the good synchronicity of the two, Tatsuya's ability to play guitar and sing at the same time. It's also a beautiful song, and Tatsuya has an interesting tone of voice.

3.凪瀞アツヤ. / Miku

By the decision of the audience, third place with zero points went simultaneously to 凪瀞アツヤ. / Miku🥉 .

Miku is a performer born in Sendai and currently living and performing in Tokyo. Miku is a singer who performs both as a solo artist and with her band 'Fool Five'. In addition, she is a member of 'Kazemachi' and 'Sosai mic'. It is worth visiting her Youtube channel (@mikuhatta8427), where we can learn more about her solo and ensemble work. It should be emphasised that Miku is also able to play the guitar in addition to singing, and she combines both sensationally, i.e. singing and playing the guitar at the same time. She synchronises very well with the band. Miku will take you into the wonderful world of acoustic and beyond.

凪瀞アツヤ.

Atsuya is a young performer active in distribution media such as Tik-Tok (@nagitoro_o) and a Youtube channel (@user-bi9sf2xl6b), where he posts rearranged songs by all kinds of artists, including Saucy Dog, Back Number and Sekai no Owari. He is a vocalist who is also a good guitarist. Atsuya brilliantly combines playing the guitar with singing at the same time.

Everyone in this group proved to be very strong and intriguing, from which it was difficult to choose two performers who . I'm rooting for the winners 高尾彩佳 (Ayaka Takao) and the beautiful duo Kazari and I can't wait to see how they will fare in the Otonova2023 competition.
