アサガヤガールズコレクションVol.122 - a legendary event for the 122nd time

I am very happy that Mudia exists and supports artists of all kinds. I am happy that there are events organised like アサガヤガールズコレクションVol.122  in which I will be taking part for the three time.

During at previous editions, I learned that it is an event with over 100 years of history - amazing!

It is now going to be held for the 122h time and I am very excited to take part. I decided to take a detailed look at the profiles of the current performers.

In the 122th edition, among the performers we りょうたん。belonging to the self-proclaimed idol group 2B to be, which celebrated is 10th anniversary this year. She performs mainly live in clubs in Tokyo bringing joy to the people. They also have an interesting profile on Tik-Tok (@2b_ryotan), where we can get to know them from the cosplay, dance and other aspects. りょうたん is a very strong competitor and it is worth noting that she is the winner of the previous 117 edition. More and more is being demanded of winners, so ľm already looking forward to seeing what she will show us this time.

2. 夢 (Ramu)

Among the performers we have 'Ramu', who is a singer-songwriter from Chiba Prefecture. Ramu hosts broadcasts on 17Live's social media platform. She used to sing with primary school children as a volunteer! Her music career is still in its infancy as she says, but she sings with all her might every day! Ramu hopes she can be the reason for someone's energy. Ramu released her 1st mini-album 'This is it' on 26 September 2021. It's worth visiting Ramu's Youtube channel (@user-lt1nf7ue4q), where we can get a glimpse of her live performances, rearranging songs by well-known artists such as Wanima. We can also observe that, in addition to singing, Ramu is also an excellent guitarist and manages to sensationally combine both, that is, singing with simultaneous guitar playing. An account on Tik-Tok (@ramu_cheese) shows Ramu's other talents such as dancing.

3. 足浮梨ナコ (Rinako Ashiuki)

Among the performers, we also have the amazing 17-year-old, born in 2005, Rinako Ashiuki, who started creating songs in GarageBand in 2020 and has since produced everything from music videos to live performances on her own. It is an amazing achievement to be involved in composing, producing, choreographing at such a young age.  Her first CD-R caught the attention of music writer Kazumi Namba, and she quickly gained attention in the idol scene, selling 300 copies on Tower Records. Rinako actively performs live and continues to send messages by putting her thoughts on social issues and how she feels about her own life into music.

4. 石田 ハナ (Hana Ishida)

Among the performers, we also have 石田 ハナ (Hana Ishida), who we have been able to meet at previous editions of this event.

石田 ハナ (Hana Ishida) is a Young and multi-talented artist. She impressed me with her guitar playing, which harmonises beautifully with her voice. I also admire her eloquence and courage to reach for western songs. I recommend listening to her interpretation of the song My Heart Will Go On by Celine Dion on her Youtube channel (@user-xf3qc3el9j).
