As someone for whom life would be empty without music, I'm very excited about the Otonova2023 event and I'm looking at all the performers taking part.

The qualification of this group was very interesting, as we were able to witness the confrontation between participants representing a variety of musical genres and with different artistic achievements.

This block's qualifiers included a 美影 a 20-year-old whose dream is to become a bass legend. He creates the songs himself and his own original bass riffs. When I visited his Youtube channel I thought how can you not like bass? If there is anyone like that, I will never understand it. 美影's playing is full of passion and I wish him to be noticed by some band and come back with more power on Otonowa in the future. All that's missing now is luck, because the skills in bass playing are there. 

The second performer in the block was the very interesting duo サティスファイ, aiming to deliver songs that are close to the lives of those who listen to them. The band is known for its many street performances and concert houses in Osaka and Wakayama. Vocalist Shugo has a very interesting voice timbre and has won the Grand Prix twice in a competition held at the ESP Entertainment Osaka vocational school. In addition to his excellent voice handling, he can also play the keyboard well. He is accompanied by the excellent guitarist Uchikoshi. The band has two released singles. Their song 生きていくための雨宿り is really worth a listen for a wider audience. This is an interesting duo with a future that I hope will shine on Mudia in the near future.

This group included 22-year-old artist アユム, whose dream is to create songs that resonate with people's hearts. アユム has many great songs to his credit, including Pure, with which he entered the Otonova2023 competition. The delicate MV image for this song further emphasises the world created by アユム that he wants to share with us. It's a track filled with emotion, which is appropriately built up by アユム's once whispery voice and once through high notes. The アユム's Youtube channel is well worth a visit, as it has a huge following, which only further emphasises that the music he creates is worthy of interest. I really liked the use of manga (cartoon) style as visuals for the author's songs in the MV. It is noteworthy that アユム writes the lyrics himself, composes the melody for them and arranges the MV himself. I am very curious to see how his further fate in the Otonova2023 competition will turn out.

The final performer in this block is the four-member girl band シロピア. きーちゃん leads the group for a reason, as she has a great sense of music. She can beautifully synchronise her voice simultaneously playing the guitar while singing with the instrumental playing (bass, keyboards and drums) of the other three band members. She is a good singer and at the same time she can make her guitar sound as good as her voice. It is worth visiting their Youtube channel, which, in addition to MVs for original songs, also contains vlogs; recordings of live performances at concert houses or recordings of live broadcasts. I'm very curious to see how the future of this group at Otonova2023 will unfold. Please give it your best in the next stages.
